How do you pull apart an electric motor for a stingray chopper bike?

Answer
There is usually 2 to 4 bolts holding the motor end caps.  Remove the bolt nuts and remove the end cap.  There will be some brushes in the motor.  They are spring loaded and can sometimes be difficult to re-install.

Often times it is cheaper to remove the motor from the machine and take just the motor to an electic motor repair shop.  They have all the tools, parts, and most important the experience to rebuild electric motors.
