Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Engine will not run but fires and pops, honda gx200, pressure washer nozzle

I have an EX CELL PRO LINE 2500psi Pressure Washer. Honda GX200 6.5 196cm3 engine. Number on engine is GCAE-1421241. First removed old gas and filled with fresh gas. Cleaned carb with a carb cleaner. Got engine to run for 10 mins then it stalled when water was turned on. Now engine will not run or start but fires and pops. I found a Q&A that you answered (10-03-2008) and it fit my situation, How ever I now have a curious problem. With all wires from kill switch and low oil switch disconnected and spark plug out but connected and grounded. I get a spark when engine is pulled over/pull cord. How do I get this engine to run with water pressure again?

This may be a problem with the pump it self try to have someone hold open the high pressure washer nozzle while you start it if it runs with no problem then the pump is causing the engine to stall by having too much back pressure. If it does the same thing then change the plugs and check for good compression.
