Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): adjust high low on a poulan 4620, poulan, needle nose

I have a poulan 4620 and it will not idle I have not changed any setting but when I tried I found it requires some special female tool. I have looked everywhere I can think of and no one carries anything that will work. Do you have any idea where I can find this tool I do not want to take it to a shop just to adjust the carb. By the way this saw is less than a year old.

Which carb do you have?  If the needle heads are half-moon shaped you can use needle nose but it can be a challenge.
