Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): b/s 24hp wont start., electric solenoid, fuel compression

Poulan Pro 24 hp., riding mower, Model 968999516, Serial 081258547.
B/S 24hp exended life.  Model 44m777, type 01 10 g1, code 080305YG.
clean fuel treated with Sta-bil.  spark plugs are firing.  fuel pump is pumping.  Used starting fluid, no help.  I think all the safeties are OK but the print I have is doubtful.
No start.

Answer
Does the engine produce spark when you try and start it?  If you have spark, good fuel, compression then the engine should start, especially with using starting fluid.

Is there an electric solenoid on the bottom of the carburetor.  If there is a wire running to the carburetor then you have a solenoid.

Have you tried replacing the spark plugs?
