Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Murry 309029x92b, arm movement, engine mounts

Question
I had the Murry rider for about 7 years and it  has been working fine. but last week it quit shifting.  the engines starts fine but it wont go forward or backward.  I really think something got loose.  can someone help me?

thanks

Answer
Did the belt fall off or wear out?  Have you checked the idler pulley, attached to the clutch arm movement, to see if it is broke?

I have had engine mounts come loose, transaxle bolts come loose, and even the main engine pulley come loose.

Start by checking the belt and make sure the bolts/fasteners are tight.
