Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): murray tractor wont move, drive lever, wont move

I have a murray tractor model 46567x6a automatic drive. It has new drive belt and pulleys.Was driving fine,had flat tire stopped driving.Fixed tire now wont move,will move with or without automatic drive lever in any position.

Answer
Is the neutral/roll lever in the "drive" position.

Also check to make sure the axle key did not get pushed out when you re-installed the rear wheel...this would be the fist thing I'd check as I have seen this a lot when folks re-install the rim.
