Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): crankshaft seal/magneto side, crankshaft seal, shaft seal

18hp B&S/ oil is leaking out of shaft seal on magneto side. How do I remove magneto/stator to get to seal. I have the fan/blower off already and removed shaft nut also. Do I need a special puller?

There two holes near the center of the flywheel that you thread the puller bolts in to to remove the flywheel.
