Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): My 5hp engines carburetor, engine model type, briggs and stratton

So I have redone my carburetor but it still won't work. I suspect this might be because I messed up the screw on the side Of the carburetor. What should I do to reset this screw and what other things should I try?

Did you go to the Briggs and Stratton Customer Service site and search for carburetor adjustment?

Depending on which carb you have, the initial setting is 1 to 1 &1/2 turns out from the gently seated position.

What is the engine model, type and code number?
