Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 11.5hp B&S stuck wide open, linkages, aspx

I have an 11.5hp that blew up then i fix the problem but now the throttle is stuck wide open?

Answer
IS the carburetor butterfly or the carburetor linkages sticking or binding causing the throttle to stay wide open?  Did you adjust the governor when you rebuilt the engine:  Refer to the link below for governor adjustment;

Is the governor spring connected?
