Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Maintenance questions, synthetic engine oil, change spark plug

Question
I have an old ezgo gas powered golf cart.  What maintenance should I do each spring?  I know I need a new battery this year but how about an oil change, spark plug, etc....

>>For the Engine I Usually Suggest Changing the Oil EVERY 50 Operational Hours for Lawn and Garden Engines and Most Small Engines (Water and Air Cooled) Less than 30HP when Using Regular Engine Oil and 100 Operational Hours for Lawn and Garden Equipment when Using Synthetic Engine Oils.
>>Change the Spark Plug, Air Filter and Fuel Filter ONCE a Year.
>>Any Belts should be Changed EVERY 2 Years or After 200 Running Hours.
>>Always Grease ANY Grease Fittings Every 3 Months if you Use Water Resistant Synthetic Grease or EVERY Month if you use Regular Water Resistant Grease.
>>I Use SAE 10W30 Synthetic Engine Oil in My Equpiment, both Landscaping and Automotive.
>>The Synthetic Oil Helps give the Best Protection to the Internal
