QuestionI OWN A 1976 TORO SNOWBLOWER WITH A TECUMSEH ENGINE. MODEL NUMBER 000-1833 (826). ENGINE NUMBER 190402-0989-01 79040412. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE FRONT ENGINE COVER. I REMOVED THE BOLTS FROM THE COVER PLATE AND IT WILL NOT COME OFF. HOW TO I GET THE SEAL OUT. ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU
