Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 1976 TORO SNOWBLOWER, briggs and stratton, toro snowblower

I OWN A 1976 TORO SNOWBLOWER WITH A TECUMSEH ENGINE.  MODEL NUMBER 000-1833 (826).  ENGINE NUMBER 190402-0989-01 79040412.  I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE FRONT ENGINE COVER.  I REMOVED THE BOLTS FROM THE COVER PLATE AND IT WILL NOT COME OFF.  HOW TO I GET THE SEAL OUT.  ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.  THANK YOU

Then Select the File #19 . Then Select the Folder #190400. **Note: you can Download and Save the Breakdown for your Engine by Selecting the 2nd Icon from the Left at the Top of the PDF page.**
