Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Simplicity Snowblower Impeller Replacement, simplicity snowblower, impeller blades

Question
I have a Simplicity 10-80 (1691899) Sno-Away Snowthrower/snowblower with bent impeller blades (from big rocks getting in). I've tried to bend them back over the years while in the unit (which is difficult), so now I want to remove it and have reinforcing bars welded to the back of them.

Question? How hard is it to remove this? It appears the entire auger assembly must be removed to get to it. Are there any pitfalls or suggestions on the best way to remove it?

Thanks.

The augers are a pain to get out because you have to take the housing off to get to the augers. I have enclosed a break down of the housing.Make sure you keep track on what parts you take off so you can install them the same way you took them as this is very important because if you put it together wrong it will still work but will damage the transmission.
