Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Kawasaki FD620 in an Argo, electric fuel pump, solenoid valve

Question
I have a Kawasaki FD620 engine in my Argo.  It idles great and idles forever, but when I put it into a gear other than neutral, it will move and run for 10-15 seconds or so and then dies.  It takes another 15-20 seconds to restart, and then it happens again.  I have replaced the fuel filter, checked fuses and wiring, pulled the carbeurator apart and put back together, new air filter.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

The link below should take you to the engine service manual:

Is there any safety switches that may be shutting down the ignition or fuel system when you put the Argo in gear?  Did you blow out all of the carburetor fuel orfices (holes) with compressed air from an air compressor?

If you put it in gear, but do not accelerate/move, will the machine sit and idle while in gear?  Does your carburetor have a solenoid valve?  Does the Argo use and electric fuel pump?

Let me know.
