Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Rust colored fluid leak, rotor blades, fluid leaks

Toro snowblower ccr 3650. Began leaking rust colored fluid. Removed housing and can't locate origin. Doesn't seem to fuel or engine related. Fluid leaks out at base near rotor blades. Extreme novice with small engines any help would be appreciated.

Nothing to worry about my friend... its the bolts that hold the scraper bar on.  They are actually rusting from the road salt that is brought into your driveway from the road on your vehicle.  They all do it.   When they come in the shop very rarely can i take them off with a wrench because they are so rusted.  They have to be cut off.  Hope this helps.  Happy Holidays...
