Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): g150 honda engine, honda engine, g150

Question
the engine was surging and i went through everything, and now i'm trying to get the crankcase cover back onto the engine. the problem is if you try to get the governor collar/slider back on and it's slightly crooked it will get stuck so you can't get it onto the widest part of the shaft any ideas?

thanks

Mike

Answer
Hello Mike:

>>Is the Stem that the Governor Turns on Bent?
>>Straighten the Stem the Governor Turns on.
>>Use Plenty of Lith Grease on the Crankshaft also.
