Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): electric start problem snow thrower, snow removal equipment, snow thrower

sent this before - could not continue this string because the limit was exceeded - however, i can not locate  an engine model number only a serial number 533810156 and the model numberof the snow thrower which is listed below. if you need the engine type - can you tell me where to look?
QUESTION: model 536.886121 sears 5 horsepower 22 ' dual stage snow thrower with electric start. when electric start  attempted -
makes noise from starter - but does not spin motor. the pull cord will start motor on 1st pull. is there any lubrication points within the starter? or what is the repair?

Seems like you have a Murray piece of equipment and I think it is a 2004

C950-52464-0 - Dual Stage Snow Thrower (2004)
There is a Briggs engine on that you probably need to replace the whole starter as they do not make a repair kit for that one,as it is a Murray part and they are out of business. They retrofitted a starter for that.
