Answer
The symptom you described is often caused by a dirty carburetor.  If the unit is new, less then 25 hours, I would take it back to the place you purchased it and see if they will exchange it.  Most true warranty problems, i.e., manufacturing defects, occurr within the first few hours of operation.

If you have had the blower for over a year and work used to work fine then I would start by cleaning the carburetor.
