Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): how to replace oil presser sending unit, oil pressure sending unit, kohler command

Question
I have a Snapper zero turn riding lawnmower model#:ZF2501KH.  It has a Kohler Command Pro 25 engine on it.  Model#: CH25-68577.  Serial#:3210208641.  I have a faulty oil pressure sending unit.  I have a new sending unit to replace it.  I don't know what side of the crankcase it is located on because the blower housing and baffles cover the whole engine.  I was wondering if I can remove the baffle from one side or the other off the engine block to get at the sending unit or do I have to pull off the whole blower housing assembly which will be very time consuming.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hello Victor:

>>The Oil Sentry Switch is Located Under the Breather Cover.
>>The Best Way to Tell you the Location of the "Oil Sentry Switch" is to Show you.
>>You can View a Breakdown of the Engine at this Site Addy; http://www.kohlerplus.com/login.asp (IE5 or Higher Required) and Select Enter as Guest. You do Not have to Download the Tools, so Select Cancel. Now Select the Thumbnail of the Engine Catalog you Wish to View. In the Upper Right Corner is the Search Box. Enter the Model Numners CH25-68577 and Click Search.
Now Select the Service Manual SM 24 690 06 and Select Save when the Download Box Appears. This will Save the Service Manual to your PC.
>>On Page 184 of 246 in this Manual is a Picture (Figure 9-29) of the Oil Sentry Switch Location.
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I Hope to be Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
