ANSWER: I wonder how long it has been between times you start it. If you are leaving it sit for extended periods you may need to clean the carburetor out. The jets in the carburetor can get stopped up quickly and easily with ethanol/gas. Try using some SEA FOAM or DEEP CREEP next time you attempt to clean it.

QUESTION: I will clean the carburator but i don't think gas is being pumped into the carburator. It has a new carb &fuel pump and fresh gas.how much vacuum is needed to keep it running?

Answer
It is not a great amount of vacuum that causes this unit to pump fuel. You would need a serious engine problem to keep it from pumping fuel. You should check your vacuum line and make sure it has no cracks or leaks of any kind. I would try manually choking the carburetor and see if you get any fuel then.
