how do i disassemble the chain bar oiler on this particular model?

>>If this is an Older Model Stihl, then you have to Split the Case to have Access to the Oiler.
>>If this is a Newer Saw, then Remove the Bar. Now Locate and Remove the Oiler Mounting Screws and Pull the Oiler from the Saw.
