Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): rear live axle on go kart, wheel rims, axle bearings

QUESTION: hi I'm building an off road go kart and i need help on finding the right parts and right price for it my frame is 44" wide and 1 inch axle bearings and my wheel  rims are 3 hole pattern with 3.5 inch center hole and i also need to know what parts i need for a band brake and a belt drive straight from the engine to the axle

QUESTION: i've looked on there and it shows teh brake drum but nto the components to hold it in places and not wiggle
