Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Husqvarna Zero turn with Kohler engine, spec numbers, starter fluid

Question
The unit is 10 years old and only used on my 5 acre lot.  That being said, it is maintained very well.  The engine decided not to start this past weekend.  It will crank and turn over once or twice, then shuts down.  I tried to spray starter fluid in the carb, and that doesn't keep it going?  I checked to make sure it was getting gas, and it is.  I disconnected the seat sensor, thinking that was it, but it still does the same thing.....cranks, starts for a couple seconds and stops.  Please help.

Answer
Hello Gregg:

>>You and I need to Do a Diagnostics on this Unit.
>>Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine and the Unit/Mower Model Numbers, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Engine Model Numbers May be Stamped Into the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) Above the Spark Plug. The Unit/Mower Model Numbers are Usually Located Under the Seat on a Sticker on the Body of the Mower.
>>Thanks.
