Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): sthil chainsaw ms210, crankcase pressure, piston kit

Question
sorry I sent first half to wrong john. Problem is ms210 saw will not start will not even fire once. problem started with saw not increasing speed, then would not start. I have replaced the carb with a known good one. a known good coil.new spark plug. still no run . then I replaced the piston and rings new. Old piston was just like new. flywheel is good no striped key. muffler is open screen is clean. timing light shows good spark. crankcase pressure test and vacuum test hold at 7psi. plug will show light wet when trying to start with small shot of starting fluid, how ever will not even pop one time. I am quite experienced with small engines 20 years experience repairing been working on this saw for 3 months off and on. cannot seem to find problem. all parts  were swapped out from a identical running saw, except new piston kit ,cyl glaze was honed out.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thankyou very much
