Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda blade clutch noise at idle, honda power equipment, question pool

Question
At idle, my Honda HRM215SXA mower makes a loud, whirring noise, much like a dry bearing.  The noise goes away as soon as the blade clutch engages.

Looking at the parts diagram, I am inclined to think reference #2, part number 91102-VA4-013 may be suspect, but thought I would ask an expert before replacing it.

Thanks in advance for your help!
