Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Briggs & Stration 15.5 IC ohv, briggs stration, white smoke

20-30 seconds after starting! It starts to blows oil out the exhaust %26 smokes, and stalls never had a problem until this spring on the first start of the season

If it's blowing white smoke and oil, the needle on the carburetor has probably stuck causing the fuel to mix with the oil which causes this. First thing to do is drain the fuel/oil mix, remove the carburetor and clean it out, maybe replace the needle.
