Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): homelite leafblower, zama carb, walbro carb

Hi there
I have a homelite textron leafblower that leaks gas out the carburetor and it seams to becoming from inside the carb and it is a diafram style carb so the float is not sinking
the specks are:
ut No. 08010
ser No. HM2060868
any suggestions appreciated

According to the parts diagram, you either have a Walbro WT-80 or a Zame C1U-H11 carburetor.

How old is the unit?  Has the carburetor ever been rebuilt?  Have you ever rebuilt a small engine carburetor?

TIP...DO NOT remove the welch plug(s) unless absolutely necessary...99% of the time we never remove as it is very easy to destroy the carb when removing.  Compressed air from an air compress blown through all the carburetor orfices works almost all the time.
