Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman GT5000 bogs out, craftsman gt5000, engine smoke

I just bought this used mower.  After mowing for awhile, it kinda bogs out for now apparent reason.  It only does it after mowing about 45 minutes +.

Also, it smokes a bit upon starting and but stops.  Again when shutting off.

Specs:  Craftsman GT5000 Model 917.276020  25 VTwin.

The engine may be getting hot and thus causing a electrical break down of the magneto.
That is the part that provides spark to the engine pistons.

Sometimes when these start to go bad they breaks down when they get hot.
Then after they cool down they work again. You can buy a magneto and install it yourself they are that much.

Also check your oil to make sure it is not over filled that will make your engine smoke,then again it could be a oil leak dropping on the muffler.
