Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): weedwacker ignitor module, clutch tool, flat chisel

Question
I need to replace ignitor module on Craftsman 32cc brushwhacker model # 358.795810   My problem is the red colored housing needs to be removed to get to it...and the shaft just outside the flywheel has to be removed first...how do I get that shaft off?  there is a funny looking thing on it with an arrow pointing and the words off but I'm not sure if it takes a special tool to get this off or what I need to hold to keep the whole flywheel from turning.   thanks

Remove the Torx Screw and the Drum Pulls Off and the Clutch Assembly can then be Removed. **To Hold the Crankshaft for Removal of the Clutch; Purchase a Bolt that is 3" to 4" Long and has the Same Diameter and Threads as the Spark Plug. Carefully Insert the Bolt Into the Engine Until it Contacts the Piston.
