Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): BS 13.5 HP Engine How Install Interal Governor, hp engine, connecting rod

Have taken apart engine to replace broken connecting rod. The internal governor fell off during disassembly. What is correct way to reinstall onto the crankshaft?

Please send me the engine model and type code so I can look up your governor.  Most governors just sit on the bottom of the cam.  When you reinstall the governor it will sit on top camshaft as the flywheel is facing down (engine upside down).  The governor tip should contact the govern arm shaft.
