Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Blade-matic blade clutch, racine street, hydrostatic drive

Question
Hello John, I have been reading your posts on this forum and am knocked out by your knowledge.
I have an obscure British ride on lawnmower called a "Dynamow DS".  It has a Honda GVX160 engine and hydrostatic drive, 20 years old but runs perfectly apart from a problem with the blade clutch which does not lock up well.
The clutch is a "Blade-matic" by Comet.  I cannot find anywhere in the UK to get one of these or get any advice on how to repair it.  The problem seems to be wear on the centrifugal arms.  I was told that this clutch was also used on walk behind Snappers.  If you have any advice or could point me in the right direction then it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation

Adrian
