Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): kohler cv490s oil drain, sears riding lawn mower, riding lawn mower

I bought a used Sears riding lawn mower with the subject engine. I can see where to drain the oil but I can't determine what I have to turn or pull to let the oil drain. No manual. please help. Thanks Lee

I think with this model the drain is on the side.
If it is some drains will have a yellow cap but your's might be missing.
You will need to either twist the tube as if you are loosening it.
other models you will need to pull the tube out about a 1/2 inch and oil should start coming out.
Other models will have a drain plug on the bottom of the engine that will screw out. if it has this style it will bw a square plug that you will need to remove.
