I have Toro GTS walk behind. It work and run OK. the problem is it won't cut off. I disconnect spark plug. the engine still running,

>>The Reason you have to Pull the Plug Wire to Stop the Engine is because the Wire from the Coil to the Shut Off Switch is Broken or the Shut Off Switch is Bad.
