Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): cub cadet 1610 hydro, fuel line, fuel flow

i was given this mower in pieces i have managed to get it back together i am now having problem with fuel rebuilt carb with new lower body and new pump i have gas in fuel filter but no gas getting into carb please help

if you have good fuel flow coming from the fuel line but none is getting into the carb then you have a float issue.
The tang that rest on the needle has propably been bent and is holding the opening shut.
Remove the fuel line going into the carb and see if you can blow air into it, if not then you will need to remove the bowl and adjust the float tang.
Be sure not to use an air compressor to blow air or you can damage the carb.
