Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Walbro wt 275, carburetor diagram, blowing bubbles

Question
QUESTION: John, the carb is on a Ryobi 31c tiller. Gas was leaking out diaphram vent so I got a kit, cleaned with spray carb cleaner, and installed the kit. The engine would start and immediately quit. fuel not getting to the H / L adj screws. I found the restriction to be at a small brass washer pressed in the body under the diaphrame. I think there's a check valve behind this. I couldn't get cleaner to go thru, so I pushed a small wire in and cleaner flowed thru. It will run high speed, but seems to be blowing bubbles thru the remote primer. Is it fixable??
Thanks  Bert

>>You will require a New Welsh Plug as well as the Check Valve and Seat.
>>If the Check Valve was Damaged, then this Problem can Occur.
