Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Which Direction?, crankcase oil, crankcase breather

Question
Hi,

Someone just told me to tip the lawn mower for cleaning so that the carborator is up.  I don't know where the carborator is or what to do.  I'm a new lawnmower owner.  Please help.  Can't find the instruction book.

Thanks.

>>Always Tilt a Small Engine so the Spark Plug is Facing Up. This Allows the Crankcase Oil to be carried Away from the Crankcase Breather/Vent and keep the Crankcase Oil from Seeping into the Cylinder.
>>If you Send me the OEM (Lowes, Toro, Murray, ect) of the Mower, I can Usually Supply you with a Site Addy that has Online Manuals and IPL Breakdowns for you to View Online for Free.
