Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): tecumseh, hh 100, ign

i need to find a solid state ignition for a hh 100 tecumseh in a jd lawn mower or can it be converted to some other ignition. i have tried to find this part for several days - there has to be 1 out there somewhere
