Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Kawasaki small engines, kawasaki engines, kawasaki engine

Question
I have inherited three small Kawasaki 4 cycle engines (a FC420V-AS07, a FC290V-AS05, and a FG300D-BS03).  Where can I go for horsepower and other general perfomance specifications as well as the specfic data for the codes inherent to the last 4 letters and numbers.  I have tried the Kawasaki US website which is pretty poor and has no information on those discontinued series, nor contact information to ask.  Thanks
