Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Talon petrol line trimmer, petrol line trimmer, line trimmers

Hi I have a petrol talon line trimmer. My problem is that the line trimmers engine is going but the head is not turning. Just wondering if you could give me any advice as to how I could fix it.

If the unit has a clutch, is the clutch bad?  Did you check the inner shaft to make sure it is not broke?  Don't see many Talon brand trimmers but is you attach a picture I can give you some better tips as most trimmer designs are very similar.
