Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Motor seazed up, piston rings, oil level

Question
I paid my EX to rotor-till my garden he didn't check the oil level and froze my motor I was told to put oil in it and the carburetor and let it sit will this help if so what dose the carburetor look like and were should I put the oil
if not what should I do to fix it

Answer
HI JAMIE

IF ENGINE WAS VERY VERY VERY  LOW OR NONE AT ALL  , THEN ALOT OF DAMAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE
TO PISTON / RINGS / BORE AND  CRANKSHAFT BIG  ETC   AND WILL QUITE POSSIBLY NOT BE WORTH REPAIRING ENGINE

OIL WILL NOT FIX THIS KIND OF PROBLEM  AS EXCESSIVE HEAT HAS FRICTION WELDED  PARTS IN THE ENGINE TOGETHER

ONLY SOLUTION IS TO REPLACE / REPOWER THE TILLER

OR BUY NEW ONE  , SUGGEST YOUR EX HELP WITH  REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT COSTS

OIL IS CHEAPER THAN NEW ENGINE     ALWAYS PAYS TO CHECK OILS  BEFORE USING EQUIPMENT

SORRY   FOR BAD NEWS
