Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 17hp b&s drive pulley inoperable, drive pulley, model craftsman

Hello Paul,
The mower is a craftsman, the engine is B%26S 17hp platinum i/c ohv model 311707 type 0132-E1.  The drive pulley doesn't drive mower/deck and was squealing but I was able to get it into the garage last summer. It just kind of warbles now.  Engine starts right up.

Is this something worth fixing and do I pull the engine and take off the bottom where the key may be broken off?  Not sure where to go from here but I'd like to do this repair if feasible. And where would I get a repair manual if needed.  I sure appreciate you taking the time to help me,

IS THE PULLEY YOUR ASKING ABOUT THE ONE ON THE ENGINE PTO SHAFT THAT  PUTS POWER INTO THE  MOWER DECK VIA V BELTS AND ALSO DRIVES THE TRANSMISSION  ?

IF SO SOUNDS LIKE THE KEY IN THE PULLEY MAY HAVE SHAWN OR DOES THE UNIT HAVE ELECTRIC CLUTCH ?

CAN THE MOWER MOVE WHEN PUT INTO GEAR OR DOES IT JUST SIT THERE AS IS NOW POWER GETTING TO TRANSMISSION  VIA THE VEE BELT

CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHAT MODEL CRAFTSMAN   AND IF MOWER DECK DOES NOT MOVE? WHEN ENGAGE BLADES  AND IF  MOWER WILL NOT MOVE WHEN PUT INTO GEAR OR TRACTION PEDAL PUSHED FORWARD OR BACK
