Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fuel/air mixture screw, fuel air mixture, engine specs

Question
I recently got a go kart with a 5 hp techumseh engine in it. I took off the carb and cleaned it and put it back on. When I got it, the mixture screw was all the way in so I don't know what to set it to. If you could help or tell me that would be great.

Here are a couple of links that cover carb adjustment.  This link works off and on...just keep trying until it opens...it may take a day or two as the site has been unpredicaptable lately.
