Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh H30 engine, speed circuit, carburetor

Engine will not idle. I have cleaned the carburetor.

Answer
It sounds like trash stuck in the low speed circuit of the carb. The carb will need to be cleaned out with an ultra sonic cleaner and then rebuilt.
This is still not a for sure fix. Sometimes trash can not be gotten out of these small ports.
You may have to replace the carb.
