Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Name of engine, edger, model numbers
QuestionI recently came into possession of a craftsman 3hp walk behind edger with 9inch blade. I cannot fine the name of the engine on it. It has a few numbers on to of the flywheel cover. It is a four cycle engine and does not appear to be but a few years old. Can you help? Model # on frame is 536.796521

From the looks of the drawing it is a Tecumseh. I am assuming the model numbers on the flywheel cover you tell me about have a "H30" or similar in it.
Tecumseh is out of business, parts are hard to find.
