I need to replace the shaft assembly, mandrel on the mower deck? (item# 137645 or 137646) How do I get the pulley off and the mandrel separated from the mandrel housing? (item# 128774) Thank you for your help.

You should replace the entire spindle instead of just the jackshaft.  If you just want to replace the shaft, all you have to do is remove the nut on top of the pulley and the shaft comes out from the bottom.  They will often just fall out, but a couple of taps with a rubber hammer will knock it loose if it doesn't.  To remove the nut, an impact is the easiest way but you can also use a strap wrench to hold the pulley and a regular wrench or socket on the nut.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks, PK.
