Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): boleb bl100, cj7, spark plug

have new head put plug cord on unit have to remove spark plug to get engine to turn over .put plug back in and unit well not turn over

I am sorry I dont know what a "BOLEB BL100" is?  Do you have a typo perhaps?  I am assuming you have a bolens 2 cycle trimmer from Lowes?  

Is the spark plug the correct plug for the unit?  If the reach of the plug is not proper it will hit the top of the piston not allowing the engine to turn over.  Make sure you have the proper spark plug.  For Example a Champion CJ7 and CJ7Y will not interchange.  One is longer then the other.
