Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MURRAY RIDING MODEL, mower parts, wiring diagrams

I can not find parts, wiring diagrams, etc for my Murray since no one (local small engine shops)can find my model.  I have the tag that was on the back of the mower in hand so am sure about the model of this 12HP 38"cut Murray, Model# 9-38608X92, Date of Manufacture code is 0829. Engine info is: model 281703, Type 0195-01, Code 88102031.  I would like to know where I could access parts and wiring diagram for this model, or at least something close.  Thanks for any help.  Ted

Are you wanting engine parts or mower parts?  The engine appears to be a one-off model, does your mower have any unusual features?  Most 281700 model engine parts should work but I'd need to know more about the engine to say for sure.  Your mower was made prior to the Briggs takeover so it's not going to be listed in most look-ups.  Wiring diagrams are pretty much the same for most mowers, so you can use  most any diagram for a mower with similar features.
