Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): impeller on leaf blower, pb blaster, impeller

hello i have an i/c b&g engine on a encore proline leaf blower and i want to take engine off but i cant get the impeller off i took the threaded pin out and the bolt off front of impeller and tried a gear puller to get the impeller off and that didnt work either any suggestions because i want the engine for my go kart

Do you want to re-use the impeller?  If the answer is no, then cut the impeller off with a cut off wheel.  I usually split impellers down the center of the crankshaft (lenght wise)

Did you spray the impeller with pentrating oil such as PB Blaster or Kryoil?
