How many turns from closed do I turn the high and low side on the carb and which one is the high and low?

Answer
On older 2 cycle equipment, the general rule was 1 full turn out on each, but it wasn't universal, and the newer models, the adj.
screws are more exact, and a unit may have 2-4 turns out with the limiter caps removed, so I cannot give you a decent response without
knowing what you have.
