Question
working on fd 750d as00 smoking blue and using anti freeze.replaced head gaskets had heads milled and valve job.has good compression and leak down test was also good.after that oil is fouling no 1 cyl untill rpms come up.pulled plugs oil isspraying out plug hole. checked reeds in breather thay are ok.also beleave engine was over heated, when torqued heads threads pulled out of block had to heli coil them.at wits end! any input would be most helpfull. thanks for your time.

Answer
It sounds like you have either a cracked or warped head or a leaking head gasket.  That would be consistent with an overheated engine block.  I'm also not sure that Heli-coiling head bolts will work.  I've seen one or two done, but not all of them.  If the engine is worth spending the money on, you might consider having a good machine shop over-cut the holes and re-thread them and then use studs instead of bolts.

I would also re-do the leakdown test.  If oil is getting into the cylinder, then a leakdown test will find the leak.
