Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): STARTER PULL CORD, starter clutch, starter rope

Question
I OWN A CRAFTSMAN BUSHWHACKER/TRIMMER MODEL # 358.7958.10
32CC .  THE PULL STARTER CORD BROKE .   HOW DOES IT COME
APART TO REPLACE IT ?I'VE TAKEN IT APART BUT I CAN'T FIGURE
OUT HOW TO SEPARATE PLASTIC HOUSING FROM THE STARTER CLUTCH ?  IS IT PRESSED ON AND DO I NEED A SPECIAL TOOL .

Answer
The clutch drum is held on, if memory serves me, with a small
torx head screw inside the center hole.  Then the clutch can be unthreaded with a large jawed set of pliers, and the engine can be
stopped from turning with a piece of starter rope with several knots tied in it, stuffed into the spark plug hole.
